Transformation in 12 is our flagship twelve week program that will help you change your life.

How it works

T12 is an online program for twelve weeks but it doesn’t just stop there.  What you learn and the habits you change during that period will be with you for life. This is your chance to make the change that you have always promised yourself but have never put a foot forward to even begin to make a change.

You will receive an eating plan to suit you and your goals. With help, support, weekly resources and calls including being part of our online community, you are never alone on your journey.

What can you expect?

With T12 you will be given the tools to change. We provide you with a deeper understanding around food and how to implement these changes. It also inspires you to be consistent within those changes.  We help change your mindset towards food, and provide a diet plan that is sustainable long term not just for the period of this course. Week by week you will learn, understand and implement small changes within your diet.  Making big changes right from the offset will no doubt set you up for failure and before you know it you’ve crashed and burned. You don’t want that and neither do we. With T12 you will see a great transformation in your relationship with food.
