Grow into a new you

We are so pleased you stuck with the series. Congratulate yourself. You have at least one achievable successful goal. Now it’s time for action. It’s time to GROW into the new you.

Let’s recap. We discussed the difference between a resolution and a goal. You now know that successful goals are achievable. Goals that are realistic and include a plan to overcome obstacles will ensure a way forward that works for you. In other words you GROW into SUCCESSFUL GOALS.

This is now where the real work begins. You have a start and an end point, you also have a map to get you there. In order to get from here to there you need to start walking. Keep your promise. Never give up. Should you run into trouble, you have a map with alternative routes to get you to where you’re headed.

If you don’t take action at this point, you have just turned an achievable successful goal into a dream and we are back where we started. This year is all about growing into the new you, achieving more than you have been able to in the past.

The word GROW means ‘to increase in size’. In scrabble the word GROW would get you eight points on the board. This cannot be a coincidence. The number 8 represents luck and fortune in some cultures. In others it symbolises success and wealth. Authority, personal power and inner strength also resonate with the number eight. So, there is a lot more to the word GROW than its dictionary definition.

We have come this far not to take a break but to take hold of our dreams and bring them into reality. Open the door, step out and continue on to your destination where even more opportunities are waiting for you.

At OVP Coaching we will show you how setting achievable successful goals will get you to where you want to be.
